Contract: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable 360 Excavator Driver to join our team at Honey Pot Lane Composting Site.

As a 360 Excavator Driver, you will operate machinery safely and efficiently, supporting the movement, loading and processing of composting materials across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a 360 excavator safely within a busy composting environment
• Loading, moving and managing composting materials
• Completing daily machinery checks and reporting any defects
• Keeping your working area clean and safe
• Following all site procedures and health and safety requirements
• Supporting the wider site team when required

What We’re Looking For

• A valid 360 Excavator Operator qualification or competency card
• Previous experience operating a 360 excavator
• Good awareness of workplace health and safety
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience within waste management, recycling or composting would be beneficial but is not essential
