We’re looking for an entry level CAD Technician to join our Asset team, supporting Gas, Fibre, Water, and Electrical infrastructure projects. You’ll play a key role in producing accurate as-laid drawings and maintaining essential network records

 

The Person  

  • Producing digital as-laid drawings from site sketches & GPS data
  • Using AutoCAD (2D) to create and update technical drawings
  • Ensuring drawings are accurate and delivered to deadlines (KPIs/SLA’s)
  • Maintaining drawing records and internal databases
  • Working closely with technical, operations, and client teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • AutoCAD preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • Utilities or construction experience (desirable, not essential)
