CNC Machinist / Apprentice CNC Machinist Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Attractive salary and benefits package, dependent upon experience
Shift Pattern: 2 weeks Days / 2 weeks Nights rotation

We are currently seeking applications from:

• Apprentices currently undertaking a machining apprenticeship pathway.
• Recent engineering graduates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to build a long-term career in precision engineering.
• Time-served CNC Machinists with proven experience in CNC Milling machinery using Fanuc and/or Mazak controls.

The Role

As part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operating CNC milling machines.
• Producing components to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conducting quality checks and inspections.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working effectively as part of a skilled manufacturing team.
• Continually developing technical skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For Apprentices & Graduates

• Currently enrolled on an engineering apprenticeship programme or recently graduated in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and commitment to developing a career in manufacturing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen attention to detail.

Experienced CNC Machinists

• Time-served CNC Machinist.
• Experience in CNC Milling.
• Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Mazak controls.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and machining practices.
• Flexible approach to working shifts.
