Key Responsibilities

Laying and finishing large-scale factory concrete flooring

Operating power floats to achieve a smooth, level finish

Carrying out screeding, levelling and finishing to a high standard

Working collaboratively with site teams to meet programme deadlines

Ensuring compliance with all health & safety requirements on site

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher / Power Floater

Experience working on industrial or factory flooring projects

Skilled in all aspects of concrete finishing techniques
-
Valid CSCS card (or equivalent qualification)
-
Relevant tickets/qualifications for operating equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
