Management & Supervision
We have an opportunity to join our busy Maintenance team as an experienced Electrician
Applicants need to be fully qualified, with an NVQ level 3, preferably with 18th edition. City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. The salary will reflect your qualifications and level of experience.
- While a comprehensive background in working within domestic properties would be advantageous, we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- You will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, basic IT literacy and be dedicated to delivering a customer focused service.
- This post is subject to a Basic Level Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check. You will need to hold a full driving licence.
You should be able to work alone or as part of a team producing good quality workmanship and have the necessary skills to undertake whatever work is required for a complete refurbishment.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out fault finding and investigations
- Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations
Requirements:
- Work effectively as part of a team and individually
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities
- Complete reports and paperwork as required
You will be required to provide your own tools and there is an option to purchase via the Company Tool Club Scheme.
