XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.

The Role

We’re hiring a Health & Safety Advisor to support global HSE compliance across our operations.

You will act as the key point of contact for external health & safety consultancies, ensuring consistent standards, effective coordination, and regulatory compliance across multiple regions.

This is an ideal opportunity to gain international exposure in a fast-growing, tech-led construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for external HSE consultancies globally

• Coordinate audits, training, and compliance activities delivered by third parties

• Support implementation of HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance

• Write and [SW1] review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

• Maintain risk registers and track corrective actions

• Support incident reporting and investigations

• Coordinate audits and monitor follow-up actions

• Promote a positive safety culture across project and office teams

• Produce and track toolbox talks for the business

Essential Experience

• Experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction/engineering [SW2] industry

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of UK/EU HSE regulations[SW3] , US would be a plus

• Experience supporting RAMS and incident investigations

• Highly organised with strong communication skills
