Painter and Decorator

Salary: £28,000 - £28,800 per annum depending on experience

Contracted hours: 42.5 hours per week (08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday)

DWP Housing Partnership is a well-established property management business in Bournemouth looking for Painter and Decorator to join our busy Maintenance Response team

The successful candidate must have minimum 3 years experience and be competent at achieving a high standard of finish and the ability to carry out duties with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in working in occupied residential properties

• A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and decorating (or equivalent)

• Experience working in a maintenance team

• Minimum 3 years experience

This position is subject to references and a basic level DBS check.

A vehicle may be provided, so a full driving licence is required along with your tools (option to purchase tools via Company Tool Club Scheme).
