  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience of Ofsted inspections.
  • Understanding of ESFA funding requirements.

Location & Work Setup

This is a home-based role with regular travel across Southern England. You'll support apprentices through workplace visits, coaching sessions, and programme delivery activities.

Travel will primarily be to military training and learner sites, including Chatham (Kent) and Minley (near Aldershot), as well as other locations across the region. Candidates based in the South East, Kent, Hampshire, Surrey, or surrounding areas are particularly encouraged to apply.

Business travel expenses, including mileage, accommodation, and subsistence where required, are covered. Flexibility may occasionally be required, including evening or weekend work.
