Site Maintenance - Carpenter/ Handyperson

Key Responsibilities: Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness Repair hinges, doors, locks, furniture, handles, bin bays, fences  Use wood machines to prepare and repair jobs Employ hand tools to effect a professional result on tasks Adjust doors where weather or wear has damaged/warped them Complete general caravan maintenance tasks as required Basic Plumbing and electrical repairs with ability to report faults which need future investigation to office. One evening shift cover a week  Experience/Skills Required: Personable with positive attitude Have great attention to detail and be reliable Have a clean driving licence Experience is desirable Be used to working alone and part of a team, able to work flexible hours (40hrs per week) May be required working at height or in different weather conditions
