We are hiring for a Technical Maintenance Manager for Catcher

This postion will be based in Aberdeen supporting Catcher Operations, reporting line to Senior Manager Operational Services

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and maintenance activities for assigned offshore units, acting as the key focal point between Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and HSEQ.
• Ensure asset integrity and regulatory compliance, maintaining units to company, Class, statutory and operational requirements.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities, including 90-day, 1-year and 5-year maintenance plans, shutdowns, repairs and modifications.
• Drive maintenance performance and continuous improvement through effective use of CMMS, maintenance reporting and asset integrity processes.
• Manage maintenance budgets and costs, including forecasting, expenditure monitoring and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate breakdowns, overhauls and specialist contractor support, ensuring the availability of resources, spares, tools and technical expertise.
• Support life extension, modification and MOC activities, providing operational and maintenance input from planning through to implementation.
• Promote safety, reliability and competency, contributing to incident investigations, risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID, competency assessments and technical training.
  

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Engineering 

Skills:

• Previous manager or superintendent experiance 
• FPSO knowledge advantageous
