Build Jobs is owned and directed by Douglas Martin, a London-born Englishman living in Dorset.
Doug started out his career in his early 20s, working in the family manufacturing business. He tried hospitality, catering, media, IT, sales, and then recruitment — before launching his own recruitment agency in the City of London — and, more recently, Southbank IT and Selecta in London SE1.
Build & Partners is able to lean on decades of experience and a multitude of contacts across the UK to provide services and meet the needs of managers and business owners who are seeking the best results for their organisation.
