Build Jobs is owned and led by Doug Martin, a London-born Englishman, based in Dorset. Doug began his career in the family manufacturing business before exploring roles in hospitality, catering, media, IT, and sales. He later found his stride in recruitment, launching his own agency in the City of London and later founding Southbank IT and Selecta.
