Your Retreats is a luxury holiday lodge manufacturer based in Accrington. Backed by recent VC funding from our first seed round, we are rapidly expanding and looking for top-tier candidates to join our growing team. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, design-led lodges while creating a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative working environment.

The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Bathroom Fitter / Tiler to join our in-house installation team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering beautifully finished bathrooms in our bespoke, high-end lodges. You’ll be working with premium materials and expected to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full bathroom installation, from first fix to final finish
  • Expert tiling
  • Fitting of sanitaryware and fixtures
  • Reading and executing plans and specifications with precision
  • Liaising with joiners, electricians, and site supervisors to ensure smooth coordination
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, safety, and organisation on-site


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bathroom fitting and tiling
  • Strong attention to detail and finish quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with a proactive attitude
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Tiling
