🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, repairs, and installations to a high standard.
• Working on a variety of tasks including kitchens, doors, flooring, fencing, roofing, and more.
• Delivering first-time fixes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues.
• Supporting and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Maintain your van stock and ensure tools and equipment are safe and ready to go.
• Participating in our emergency call-out rota

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent evidenced experience
• A clean, current driving licence.
• A team player with great communication and customer service skills.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and finishes jobs to a high standard.

💡 Desirable Extras:

• Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in social housing or with mobile repairs software
