Job Details
To undertake Handyperson / Driver duties as deemed appropriate and to carryout safety and equipment checks and general maintenance.
Undertake vehicle checks ensuring all Health and Safety legal requirements are met.
Carry out building and equipment inspections as instructions and the recording of building compliance checks, e.g. Asbestos register, hardwire electrical, electrical PAT testing, water checks and fire safety checks, periodically checking the lighting system within the properties.
Operating in a handyperson capacity providing services including portage, completing compliance checks, minor repairs and maintenance to buildings, fixtures, furnishing and general maintenance of internal and external areas as required including garden maintenance.

The Person
The person must have a clean driving licence and the ability to undertake MiDAS training.
The person should have experience of working as part of a team as well as lone working and have good communication skills.
The person must have a basic knowledge in the use of computers
The person must have experience and knowledge of basic DIY skills
