 We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter, your main responsibilities will be;

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Carrying out a wide range of carpentry works as well as building maintenance within live buildings, accommodation units and laboratory environments to name a few.
• Works involve Carpentry as well as general building maintenance 
• Working mobile
• Working on commercial sites
• Carry out minor small work alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications.
• You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
• Providing excellent customer service when on site.
• Identify non-repairable issues and promptly advise the Regional Supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable alternatives.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Fabric Engineer role;

• You will be experienced in joinery or carpentry is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
• CSCS Skill card (Joiner);
• Experience of undertaking plumbing/drainage works and PAT testing;
• SPA, IPAF & PASMA
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
• You will have worked on commercial sites
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
