We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Delivery team and lead key cross-functional initiatives that shape the strategy and execution of our global operations.

About us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Delivery and senior leadership to ensure operational excellence across the business. You’ll lead strategic planning, performance frameworks, internal communications, and organisational development — playing a critical role in driving structure, alignment, and momentum across teams.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading strategic planning processes across tech and business teams, ensuring global priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered.
  • Driving critical initiatives end-to-end, managing cross-functional projects, identifying roadblocks, and owning execution outcomes.
  • Supporting the VP of Delivery with operational oversight, helping run the day-to-day rhythm of the department and enabling decision-making.
  • Managing key internal meetings — including leadership forums and All Hands — by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Shaping and implementing global performance management frameworks, from department-level goal setting to individual accountability.
  • Covering temporary gaps across teams when needed, stepping in to ensure continuity and support during transitions or hiring phases.

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in consultancy or strategic roles within high-growth B2C businesses.
  • You have a strong track record of leading complex projects across multiple departments and senior stakeholders.
  • You think strategically but execute with precision — you’re highly structured, proactive, and dependable under pressure.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and relationship builder who can influence and align diverse teams.
  • You’re comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments and thrive in scaling companies or start-ups.
  • You operate with integrity and discretion, especially when dealing with sensitive organisational matters.

Experience is great, but we also look for drive, intelligence, and integrity. So, even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks*.
