Today, as well as providing stunning planting solutions, we also run a premium corporate floristry service and create impressive project work, from roof gardens to living walls.

The opportunity:

Due to a sustained period of growth, we are seeking to recruit a Regional Manager who will be the key lead, ensuring critical success of their region, in terms of profitability, commercial success and customer retention.

Key deliverables:

  • Manage and maintain Net Promoter Scores for the region
  • Responsible for the regional & individual client profitability including contract reviews and price changes
  • Provide outstanding client relationship management & retention
  • Team management of a small team along with indirect team members (10-15 technicians) optimising team performance and meet agreed KPIs
  • Resolution management including escalation where appropriate including hyper-care plans

Location & Hours:  

The role is offered on a permanent basis. The majority of your time will be spent in and around Central London providing services to our blue-chip clients. There will also be some days spent working collaboratively with other functions, out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking.



Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing a team (direct and indirect) – onsite and remote
  • Excellent client engagement and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to assess and make decisions based on business priorities and customer expectations
  • Able to work under pressure to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Significant experience with client relationship management including complaint escalation and resolution
  • Experience of managing P&L budget
  • Experience and knowledge of interior horticulture desirable
