Job Description

As a Senior Customer Service Administrator you will co-ordinate front-line response to deliveries, deal with problems and customer requests, liaise with other operational teams and be able to fulfil all office functions, supporting the CS Manager whenever necessary.

Salary: £27,320

Working hours:  Mon - Fri Days, 40 hours per week

Key Duties of a Senior Customer Service Administrator:

  • Supporting the training of new starters and providing refresher training where needed.
  • Supporting the teams to update guides and ensuring all documentation is correct.
  • Creating plans for UAT.
  • Resolving customer, client and internal queries.
  • Planning, arranging and executing calls.
  • Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus.
  • Supporting the Regional and Customer Service Manager – Systems with PDPs, Time Keeping and cover.
  • Work closely with the IT team, internal business units and sites.
  • Collate accurate information for UAT and Master Data Trend Analysis.
  • Other tasks as determined by the Client Support Supervisor, Regional Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Manager – Systems.

  • Microsoft outlook, excel, word, Teams, power point and internal Culina system knowledge.
