Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day management responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects across Bristol. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
• Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
• Driving programme delivery – coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
• Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
• Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
• Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS
• First Aid at Work Certification
• Proven site management experience on groundwork and / or RC frame projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
• Right to work in the UK

• CSCS Black Manager card
• Experience managing multiple concurrent sites
