• Damp and mould washes and treatments
• Minor repairs, clearance and cleaning works inside and outside properties
• Groundworks such as paving, fencing repairs and basic brickwork patching
• Kitchen and bathroom rip outs, leaving areas clean and ready for follow on works
• Garden maintenance and external clearance
• Safe removal of waste and securing void properties

You’ll also:

• Drive and maintain service vehicles, tools and equipment
• Report repairs, defects and health and safety concerns promptly
• Support removals and deliveries for furnished tenancies
• Work in line with health and safety, safeguarding and equality policies at all times
• Attend training and work closely with colleagues to complete work safely and to standard
• Work flexibly, including weekends when required

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and comfortable working in customers’ homes, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

You’ll need:

• Experience in construction or a building trade
• Knowledge of manual handling, waste removal and health and safety practices
• The ability to carry out cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
