Electrician

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Electrical Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical systems, and will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical components as part of a team working on bespoke Air Handling Units (AHUs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
• Assemble and install electrical components using hand tools and power tools
• Install, align, and commission electrical systems and machinery
• Perform functionality tests on completed installations
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults as needed
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter, Improver, or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency with hand tools, electrical systems, and power tools
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Relevant vocational qualification in electrics (e.g., 18th Edition wiring regulations)

• Pay: £13.75 - £16.75 per hour (dependant on experience)
