Electricians - Join NYH's new Property Services division!
Salary: From £40,233 (£38,622 + £1,611 market supplement) per annum* + Overtime opportunities
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
This role is within NYH Property, which operates independently from the highways maintenance side of NY Highways. While NYH Property is part of the wider NY Highways group, this position focuses solely on property maintenance and construction across a range of private, public and commercial buildings not highways or road infrastructure.

* In addition to your annual basic salary, you will also receive an additional temporary payment of a market supplement. This will be payable monthly in arrears. Please note the supplement is a temporary, additional payment and will be shown separately on your payslip and is subject to annual review.
NY Highways Property provides maintenance services across North Yorkshire. We operate in close partnership with North Yorkshire Council, combining a commercial focus with public sector values. While we work closely with the Council, NY Highways Property is an independent business and not part of the Council itself.
