Pay range: up to £160/day

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and experienced Labourer, with access to their own vehicle, who can join our kitchen and bathroom renewal project in South West London.
Main Objectives of the role:
- In your role, you will be required to move materials, assist trades and maintain sites clean and tidy
- You will be removing existing furniture from kitchens and bathrooms, taking it safely away from the property and liaising with relevant people to ensure the waste goes to the site compound
- You will work closely with and report to the Site Manager as well as the Materials Controller, who you will be assisting in preparing the required materials
Do you have what it takes?
- Your own vehicle
- Experience in Social Housing
- UK Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS
- Right to work in the UK
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- Good English conversational level
Desired qualifications:
- Manual handling (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
- Working at height (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
- Experience in passive fire stopping is not essential (training can be provided in-house)
