Painter - Student Accommodation
Student RoostWe are looking for someone to join our Roost on a full-time fixed term basis, with the successful candidate working 5 days out of 7 between 8am & 6pm for a period of 6 weeks. Our new Painter will become a key part of our existing, friendly and experienced property team at our Mannequin House property in London.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £26,617.50 per annum (pro rata) / £13.65 per hour
Fixed term period: 28th July - 7th September 2025
Our fixed term Painter will join our existing Caretaker team. Our caretakers are just that: individuals who take care of our buildings, providing not only safe spaces for our residents and team members but also going over and above to keep our buildings well-maintained and an aesthetic dream.
As a part of the caretaker team at Student Roost, you'll have primary responsibility for painting within our property whether that is in communal spaces, hallways, kitchens, or individual student residences, and just as you care for our buildings and the people within them, we’ll take care of you.
