Job Title: Process Technician - Electrician

Location: West Sussex Region - travel across multiple sites required 

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 38

Salary: £36,954.02 – £44,344.09 per annum (depending on skills and experience) 

Plus a potential of standby allowance and overtime opportunities that can boost your earnings by up to £10,000 per year on top of your base salary! (to be discussed at interview stage) and a company van, fuel card, all PPE & tools!

About the role

In this vital role, you’ll be at the frontline of maintaining and repairing wastewater treatment works, sludge treatment centres, and pumping stations. Your work ensures compliance with environmental standards, protects our communities, and keeps essential services running smoothly. 

What you will be responsible for:

You’ll use your electrical expertise to prevent pollutions, maintain operational efficiency, and introduce innovative solutions for continuous improvement on our WasteWater sites. Every day brings new challenges, and your proactive approach will make a real difference to our customers and the environment. 

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential

  • Level 3 NVQ qualification (with supporting certificates) 
  • Skilled in electrical systems, with a strong understanding of pumping station operations and wastewater treatment processes 
  • A natural problem-solver who can identify issues and implement solutions 
  • A clear communicator, confident in liaising with internal teams and external contractors 
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
