  • Perform structural assessments, confirm problem definition, and determine appropriate repair methodology (FM/AI/ENG path)
  • Provide clear engineering instructions to OIE, RO Engineer and Construction Supervisor (OCS) during early scoping stages
  • Identify when external engineering support is required and prepare Scope of Work packages accordingly

Design & Deliverables

  • Produce structural calculations, design notes, sketches, and formal engineering drawings required for AFC (Approved for Construction) issue
  • Review and comment on external engineering deliverables (calculations, drawings) for compliance, quality and site practicality
  • Ensure all designs comply with “Asset Integrity Repair Standard” CSL‑OMS‑00633 and relevant codes
  • Provide structural input into materials selection, isolations, constructability, and temporary works requirements

Repair Order Workflow Support

  • Liaise with onshore Delivery Lead for planning, sequencing, and procurement inputs
  • Provide engineering clarification during construction, including offshore queries, site measurements, and as‑found condition changes
  • Support readiness reviews (IAP, SPOPE, materials, constructability) when structural input is required

Offshore & Onshore Engagement

  • Attend Barrow Terminal as required for surveys, constructability reviews, and inspection walkdowns
  • Travel offshore to assets to support anomaly verification, gather structural data, and advise on execution
  • Interface with OIE, Inspection RAT, Construction Supervisors, Services Delivery Lead, and scaffold teams to provide engineering inputs essential for safe delivery

Safety, Assurance & Close‑out
